HOW IT WORKS
We plan a personalized menu together You fill out a brief food questionnaire to help us design a menu for you. With special attention given to your dietary needs and based on your input, we will create a menu together.

We shop for you We are skilled shoppers and always look for the best quality with your dietary needs in mind.

We prepare your meals The next stop is our fully certified kitchen where we lovingly prepare your meals for the week. We then carefully package and clearly label each meal with easy to follow reheating instructions. Your meals are then refrigerated or frozen.

You let us know what suits your life style, and that's it!

    Payment is due upon delivery. MasterCard, Visa, cash, money orders are accepted.

    Referral Bonus: If you refer someone who will benefit from our services, we will thank you with a discount on your next order!

    Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you notify us via E-mail or telephone at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cancel within 24 hours of delivery, we will give you a credit to be used for a new order within 30 days.

    FOOD SAFETY
    Although the North American food supply is among the safest in the world, harmful bacteria can still find its way into our kitchens. Follow these steps for a common sense approach to handling cooked food safely.

    Serving

  • Wash hands with soap and water before serving or eating food.
  • Serve cooked products on clean plates with clean utensils.
  • Hold hot foods above 140°F and cold foods below 40°F.
  • Never leave foods, raw or cooked, at room temperature longer than 2 hours. (If a hot day with temperatures above 90°F, no longer than 1 hour.)

    Handling Leftovers

  • Wash hands before and after handling leftovers. Use clean utensils and surfaces.
  • Divide leftovers into small units and store in shallow containers for quick cooling. Refrigerate within 2 hours of cooking.
  • Discard anything left out too long.
  • Date leftovers so they can be used within a safe time. Generally, they remain safe when refrigerated for three to five days. If in doubt, throw it out.
  • Never taste a food to determine if it is safe. Even a small amount of contaminated food can cause illness.
  • When reheating leftovers, reheat thoroughly to a temperature of 165° F or until hot and steamy. Bring soups, sauces and gravies to a rolling boil
